How I built a morning routine for success
For years, I thought a good morning routine meant copying the best online: 5:00 am wake-up, cold showers, and an hour or meditation or journaling before sunrise. But no matter how hard I tried to follow these routines, they never stuck. Mornings felt like a performance, not a foundation.
It wasn’t until I paused and asked myself, “What does success actually look like for me?” that things began to take a different turn. I realized my routine needed to fit my life, No the other way around.
